At Halloween Atelier, we want you to love your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

For eligible returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Due to seasonal demand, some Halloween items may not be eligible for return after the Halloween season.
